Register `perfit.fedimint.org` and point at our instance #7

I used own domain just to get going.

I made it perfit.dev.fedimint.org so we can migrate the entire dev.fedimint.org namespace to DNS servers managed in this repo.

@elsirion BTW. I don't know if we want to switch do hosting DNS on these boxes. Right now they are somewhat disposable. If they are completely out of whack, the CI doesn't work, not all fedimint.org or dev.fedimint.org domains.

Also self-hosted runners are semi-untrusted. Even thought github runners are isolated, I do not have 100% trust in them. Having the DNS server taken over could be catastrophic. Or at least increase the damage.

Is the goal here to make it possible to edit these through this repo? If so, maybe we should just get a separate little VM for it or something?
