chore: tweak docs site layout

Docs Changes

• Updated side bar
  • removed type alias section (leaving it commented in case I figure out automated doc generation)
  • Moved examples section to /core route (unified sidebar)
• Update "run example locally" instructions
• Replaced redundant package docs pages with links to docs site
• Other minor tweaks
