Simple Meta Viewer (have it showing the whole config for viewer, for editor just going to pass in meta.

Builds on #362 tab structure

Preferably we add the meta viewer independent of refactor into tabs. Looks good!

removed tabs dependency, justputs meta config as a new card on the bottom
