This is the aggregate of what was meant to be two PRs, but it was easier to just make it one.

Highlights:

HTML layout/report improvements
new "sequential" HTML report. Easier to debug what went wrong than the test matrix.
new sub-command create-constellation
fix dark mode

Use with current feditest-tests-sandbox. feditest-tests-fediverse still need a workover to make it consistent I think.

The sequential report has some background color issues (test names). I have other suggestions (some are in #130) for increasing the SNR for the test matrix, but those can wait until the WebFinger report is stable.
