Make Imp's perform_webfinger_query have the same signature again as its superclass #157

We don't need the extra parameters. See also https://github.com/fediverse-devnet/feditest/issues/145#issuecomment-2136441245

I verified locally that this change causes tests to fail for problems not related to the requirement being tested (content type failure when the test is testing 'rel' query parameter support, for example).
