1 year ago update_profile_banner is v1.1 https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-api/v1/accounts-and-users/manage-account-settings/api-reference/post-account-update_profile_banner
still works, had to do minor changes
We have to update the twitter to use the latest endpoint to make the updating work again.
