Inverse compass direction! #335

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Incorrect direction in Google Sky
2. Incorrect direction in Google Maps
3. Incorrect direction all app's using compass.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
nort and south inverse!

What version of MiniCM you are using? On what device (x10mini, x8 - x10mini
PRO is NOT supported)?
MiniCM7-2.1.5

What app(s) are involved in the problem?

Have you tried rebooting your device?
yes, Reboot and Full Wipe!

What is the adb logcat output when the problem accurs (see:
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php?title=Logcat)

Please provide any additional information below.

I forgot to mention that the device has the rom problem inverted compass!
 The device is the X8 with Kernel naa v6, running the rom-MiniCM7 2.1.5.

I have the same problem. This is Embarrasing, because I use a lot the GPS :/

Same with MiniCM7-2.1.6 + nAa 08b kernel. I tried to reflash with factory reset 
but it didn't help.
Google Sky and Google Maps shows inverted direction, however the Compass app 
shows north right.

Overall gps/compass is working on MiniCm7-2.1.9 so far, but I can't get google 
sky map to work properly (auto mode) anybody can confirm this ?

SOLVED!!
there is a fix available for the proximity sensor on the xda-developers page !!
this issue has been solved by the patch!
