x10 mini pro keyboard problem #573

the BLUE key for the keyboard isn't working, the SHIFT key (capital key) isn't 
working either. Please fix this. Can't get them to function properly.

agree with thread same issue for me .. please let me know when resolved as 
hardware qwerty keyboard is reason for phone.. excellent rom though grats

x10mini pro 3.0.3 yes the rom works fine but the blue hardware button has to 
fix. and please fix the qwertz problem for german users too

this issue just got worst in the Aug 16th release.

If you have an X10 mini pro, do NOT install this rom.

Previously you could close the keyboard and use the on screen keyboard to get 
the numbers, with the Aug 16th release of CM 10, you can't even get the on 
screen keyboard. There's no way what so ever to get numbers now so getting past 
the first setup screen with your password is impossible unless you have a 
numberless / symboless password.

the unique problem of this rom is the keyboard i tested all roms since 3.02 
until the last i hope get this rom without problems soon

Now i am using Minicm9 3.0.2 with nAa Kernal on my xperia x10 mini pro.It works 
fine. Is there any problem when I moved to Minicm10 with nAa-jb-kernal ?

are you sure it works fine? you sound like the only person on earth who's 
gotten it to work.

I just downgraded to cm7 2.2.1 a few minutes ago, that finally made things 
work. The phone is usable again I think. I think this is the first time I've 
ever had to downgrade...

Messing with keyboard layouts in Settings->Language&Input fixed Blue in 
CM9-3.0.5-mimmi, but Sym opens "Select input method" dialog, crapping all over 
any attempt to pick a symbol in the rare case the symbol choice dialog shows up 
too...
