Cannot Move Apps #690

I cannot install Apps or Move Apps to SD on the new MINI10 shakira

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To be able to move apps to SD Card and/install on SD Card straight

What version of MiniCM you are using? On what device (X10mini, X10minipro, X8)? 
X8
 Are you using Compcache/Zram? No
 Are you overclocking/undervolting? No

What app(s) are involved in the problem?
All applications

Have you tried rebooting your device?
Yes... Several times and still does not work

What is the adb logcat output when the problem accurs (see:
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php?title=Logcat)

Please provide any additional information below.
