What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Wifi is choppy,I dun know y the wifi icon can turn blue & after one second it
disappear & after two second it come back with grey colour & after 1~2 minute
it repeat again.

yes!event factory reset it doesn't fix it
What is the adb logcat output when the problem accurs (see:
