Mobile Network Operator Connection not working (SIM Network) (Tried with other SIM Cards to see if issue is with SIM Card)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fresh installation of Mini CM 10 on XPeria X10 Mini
2. All Wipe options in CWM tried
3. Signal is zero. Tried to connect to operator by searching through the 
Settings menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Network should get connected but getting the error message "Can't connect to 
operator right now, Please try again later."

What version of MiniCM you are using? On what device (X10mini, X10minipro,
X8)? Are you using Compcache/Zram? Are you overclocking/undervolting?
MiniCM10 on X10mini. No overclocking/undervolting

What app(s) are involved in the problem?
Telephony. I did not install any other app after installation of MiniCM

Have you tried rebooting your device?
Yes. Many times

What is the adb logcat output when the problem accurs (see:
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php?title=Logcat)
Please let me know how to see the log
