rpminspect_runner: cleanup of downloaded rpms

In CI we do not need the downloaded rpms really, add an option to clean them up.

@msrb removing *.rpm files saved me today 100GB in artifact storage, would something like this werk?

ah right, bull :hankey: PR :) I should have looked at the FMF file first. Feels like we need some finish execute method for cleanup

and that is not yet supported seems :(
