The taiko-diagnostics package[0] hasn't been updated in years and is now accumulating considerable number of security advisories.[1] As it appears that we don't really need this package for our production I propose we remove it.
The additional benefit would be loosening constraints on other packages on which the taiko-diagnostics depends on.
