Create stg instance #66

the openshift behavior may differ from what one expects (as I experienced with cronjobs and volumes in #62 :D) For this purpose we should have stg instance before pushing changes from main to production - we could use already created communishift-lightspeed-build project in openshift.

@praiskup reverting should be a low-trouble typically @xsuchy what's the damage caused by several hours downtime? @frostyx we shouldn't have multiple configurations
