Fine-grained Pending pipeline status #3911

Is it possible to describe [Pending workflow[(https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/docs/user/update_states.html#pending) in detail programmatically to see all delays and processing stages?

I am curious how much time does it spend waiting, scheduling, what steps are executed and on what queues. Maybe it can be expressed as https://nodered.org/ flow.

Ideally publish events and state, maybe as MQTT topic.
