[FAS3] Unable to edit group data on local instance #180

This works fine in http://fas3-dev.fedorainfracloud.org I would like to be able to replicate that functionality locally for testing

Summary

As admin I'm unable to edit group avengers do to

AttributeError: 'EditGroupForm' object has no attribute 'license_sign_up'

Steps to reproduce

  1. login as admin
  2. go to groups
  3. click on avengers
  4. top right click on edit

    Expected

To be able to edit the groups hub
