Create fedora-messaging schema for the Fedora Infra Ansible callback plugin #28

The Fedora Infra Ansible sends some messages via Fedora Messaging when a playbook starts and finishes. the messages it sends are:

ansible.playbook.start
ansible.playbook.complete

This is done by an ansible callback plugin that (AFAICT) only lives in the ansible repo as a script here:

This is also related to https://github.com/fedora-infra/fedora-messaging-schemas-issues/issues/8 as the schemas for that ticket will likely be placed in the same schemas repo as this one.

Discussing with @adamsaleh we renamed Randy's project fedora-messaging-infragit to fedora-infra-messages https://github.com/fedora-infra/fedora-infra-messages/ so it can hosts schemas for the ansible callback, git hook for the ansible repo and the git hook for dist-git. The sources for all three being in our ansible repo.
