Story

As a consumer of messages emitted by anything using fedora-messaging,

I want schemas to be available for the different types of messages sent on the bus,

so that I know what format to expect when I process them.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] The different types of messages ("topics") that something can send are identified
[ ] For each of these message types, a schema exists which consumers of the message can use to verify messages
