As someone who deals with messages from anything in Fedora Infrastructure,
I want that it uses fedora-messaging rather than fedmsg,
so that I don't have to deal with the idiosyncracies of messages bridged between the old and new message busses.
As a member of the Fedora Infrastructure team,
I want that anything sending bus messages uses fedora-messaging,
so we don't have to deal with two sets of messaging infrastructure.
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] The application/script/etc. supports sending and receiving messages using fedora-messaging...
[ ] ...and is configured to do so.*
[ ] Schemas for all types of messages sent exist (see #34).
Background
*: Some applications, e.g. the COPR backend, support both fedmsg and fedora-messaging. They have to be set up correctly in our infrastructure for the latter.
