Add schemas for infragit announce-commits #36

This one seems to be the same script that is used in #8, but just copied over at some point to batcave.

It also seems to return the same message.

It also seems to not be running at the moment, since i cant seem to see messages from this when people push to the ansible repo.

Upon further investigation, it seems that this script is no longer used, as the infragit ansible is now hosted on pagure.io - and it sends it's own messages when commits are pushed.

There was also a schema already written for this too, but it appears it was never used:

There is a PR open on that repo to update the readme.
