there should be a visual indicator for skipping to the next package #5

I think this should be considered a critical / high-priority issue along with the other two I marked as critical.

Introduced the larger arrow in this commit ( https://github.com/ralphbean/fedora-tagger/commit/84459a8617b169d2f4d56a9f75d777a429afb78b )

It gets a little wonky when you resize the window certain ways. Moving onto other issues for now.
