Update dependency cashews to v7 #1115

Version 7 of cashews removed a couple functions related to cache key patterns which we used for targeted invalidation. Now, cached methods use tags by which we invalidate, but this was buggy before 7.0.0, so require it.

Hmm, the PR has Allow edits and access to secrets by maintainers checked, but I’ll rebase!
