Creating "medical-sig" and "biology" groups #316

Hi Koschei maintainers.

Here is the right place to ask new groups for Koschei?

Related to https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/8751 , for Fedora Mecial SIG, I would like to ask you to create "medical-sig" and "biology" groups that are listed on the group page.

I'm closing this in favour of already existing Fedora Infrastructure ticket - Fedora Koschei instance is ran by Fedora Infrastructure and their tracker is a better way to handle such requests. I commented there with information on how groups can be created.
