would it be possible to delay fedora-messages / notifications by lets say 30 minutes and if the state reverts to previous, don't send it? I have many emails like this:

Sometimes, when even a small side tag is being merged, I get notifications in the middle of that merge just to get a new notification after the merge is done. Usually within minutes.
