Some packages never get checked waiting many month for dependencies to be resolved. #341

This is a follow-up to #321.

Packages still get stuck waiting for dependencies to be resolved. Can the state of affected packages be reset manually again.

Packages that I maintain that were affected by this got put of the broken state on 2021-11-19 and have been checked by koschei since then.
