Koschei ruby rawhide build not executed more than 1 month. #349

The ruby package rawhide's Koschei build has not been executed since 2022-09-24 on the ruby package. The last build is 92300717 2022-09-24 09:12:51 https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/package/ruby

We see actually the "git" that is the one of the dependencies of the ruby package was upgraded to the 2.38.1-1 on rawhide on 18th October 2022. But the event didn't trigger the ruby package's Koschei build. https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/git https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2077983

Do you know what's wrong? Thanks.

Thanks for the report. Koschei polling service has been crashing recently:

# oc -n koschei get pod polling-1-5tkwh
NAME READY STATUS RESTARTS AGE
polling-1-5tkwh 0/1 CrashLoopBackOff 3194 (2m5s ago) 30d

I've just restarted it. It seems to have picked the latest ruby build:

Polling Koji packages...
Polling latest real builds...
Registering real build ruby-3.1.2-170.fc38 for collection Fedora Rawhide (task_id 93743419)

The build has been queued for dependency processing. It may take some time due to large number of builds to process. I will check it later.

OK. Thanks for your help! I can see the Koschei started to check again for ruby rawhide. https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/package/ruby

When will the ruby package's Fedora 37, 36 and 35 be built next time? I am not sure how the scratch build is triggered. https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/package/ruby

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Koschei#Priorities

Static priority - set by Koschei admins to make some packages more important

How is the current static priority of the rpms/ruby rawhide and Fedora 37, 36, 35 builds?
