Adding to Profile picture Fedora matrix chat "zodbot" #24

Hello, It would be nice to have "profile picture" in our zodbot, previously It was IRC and there was no picture requirement but since we have matrix it would be nice touch have a profile picture with badger or completely different idea

I think first, we should have the artwork from the Design team

going to move this one to matrix-bots -- as it is about the deployments of the bots -- rather than this particullar plugin.

Have filed a request to get avatars created for all three of the bots (zodbot, nonbot, meetbot)
