Live wallpaper of fedmsg stats. #19

We must do this (though maybe implemented a bit differently - we don't want to receive every single fedmsg message because of bandwidth and battery concerns. We can have our GCM server stuff occasionally send out stats every few seconds or something though).

It's not live and it's not a wallpaper, but we have a widget to show message count as of 31c68f52e577fa08acf5124bed0441ff72a083f0, so I am going to close this.
