[PackageInfoActivity] ActionBar icon needs padding #8

Right now the icon is sandwiched between the navdrawer icon all the way on the left, and the title on the right...it could use some more padding.

This seems to use the typical amount of padding and be consistent with the rest of the app. I'm going to close this for now. If it comes up again, we can look more closely at it.
