Request a new package: can not create single epel7 branch if master branch is already created #353

Hi,

I would like to create epel7 branch for golang-bitbucket-ww-goautoneg. The repository already exist. When filling the web form [1] with 1198803 bug id, syncing and picking epel7 branch, I get the following error:

Adding a request for `master` branch, this branch is mandatory
There is already a package named: rpms/golang-bitbucket-ww-goautoneg

Do I have to create the request for epel7 the old way or is this a bug? The form should check if the master branch already exists. If so, the error should not occur.
