Missing "update available" bugzilla for python-installer #556

Hello,

I am missing the "update available" bugzilla for python-installer 0.6.0. Anitya[0] retrieved the new version, but bugzilla wasn't opened. The monitoring status is set to "Monitoring" [1] so I think the setup is correct.

I'm not sure what exactly happened, because the update was received in October 2022. So I just removed it and rechecked it again and now it's created ticket in Bugzilla https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2179044
