Show which checks failed, and the current/remaing number of boot attempts (boot iterator)

Include boot_counter (and maybe a max_boot_counter) in the message

@paulwhalen suggested in https://github.com/fedora-iot/greenboot/pull/44#issuecomment-884620856 that the error reason could be added in the MOTD for easier debugging.
