Add OpenQA testing for `simplified-provisioning` deliverable #46

As of Fedora 40 we now produce a simplified-provisioning iso, we should add some basic testing to OpenQA to ensure its working as expected.

Test should include:

Configuration test with ignition
Configuration test with FIDO Device On-boarding

Thank you for addressing this, I am just trying to understand the Fedora IoT configuration mechanisms and this will be really useful source of documentation, please include testing for both x86_64 and aarch64 machine types, If I can help in any way let me know.
