I was running this thing locally in the ways I wrote in the documentation. Docker works with OIDC (tested against an Auth0 tenant) quite easily. The only thing I'm not sure about is the change into requirements for psycopg2. Don't know if the devel version is needed for something or is the -binary version sufficient for packaging.
