Add the first manpage #11

Not sure if there should be a See also section since all the manpages will be together anyway, if yes then they should be probably hyperlinked.

Note that after the transition to Fedora architecture the method of generating the manpages will have to change.

Much better now. Merged, thanks. I've tweaked Makefile a bit.
