From reading the Makefile I couldn't deduce which files othe rthan index.html are required to display the page.

Also the build_container target does not check for the existence of the container.

Fixes #14 : The manpages are included within the package "javapackages-local" inside the Docker container.

I don't like this approach, it is overly complex. I am closing this in favor of my own PR #24
