Rework project structure #34

Simplifies Makefile. Unifies project structure. Removes nav.adoc and makes the antora version a single-page document. Makes it possible for Fedora docs to reference this repository for generated documentation.

I just noticed the section https://fedora-java.github.io/howto/latest/index.html#_references is missing, not sure what happened to it.
