[RFE] dockerfile linter should check files mentioned in COPY instructions #198

dockerfile linter (https://github.com/fedora-modularity/meta-test-family/blob/devel/moduleframework/dockerlinter.py) should check if files/directories mentioned in Dockerfile really exists in path.
