WIP: Initial style #2

TODO:

[ ] Sticker-style logos for all the points
[ ] Point out sticker licensing
[ ] Embed the font?
[x] Show multiple columns on big screens

Some points in the YAML are marked ready: false, and only show on a new /__future__/ URL. Don't know if that mechanism will be useful in the future.

Before the font is loaded, it's displayed as serif, please add "sans" as a fallback, so it's not so ugly.

We can make the website Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International and the sticker has the same license. I'm a member of Fedora Python SIG, so if we mark that as author, I'm fine.

Can we get this merged, so it's easier to propose changes and add content?
