Copr fails to build srpm out of python requiring pbr (pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'pbr>=2.0.0' distribution was not found and is required by the application) #167

pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'pbr>=2.0.0' distribution was not found and is required by the application

Is this a general thing or some specifics for this project?

pipy package is 'citellus' Attached the zipped generated file with F27 run and pyp2rpm-3.3.0 citellus.zip

Command line used by copr seems to be: pyp2rpm citellus --srpm -d /var/lib/copr-rpmbuild/results/tmpj58zm_rw -b 3 -p 2
