update pld template #83

attempt to keep pld template in upstream repo up to date

use pypi_name in url
use pypi_name in name
drop runtime deps, those are autogenerated using pythoneggs.py from .egg-info
use pypi_name as source dir
use egg_name when referring to egg-info
add missing defattr
use module macro in files

there's more things to fix, for example:

BR python-devel if has_ext (not python2-devel)
BR python-modules if not has_ext
use self.packages[0] for %{module} define

but i'll handle them in separate PR
