apps.f.p.o does not update new packages #25

It's been at least two months this is happening :/ See https://github.com/fedora-infra/fedora-packages/issues/98

Therefore since we are using the pkgwat.api we are stuck with no new gem updates.

Right now there are 489 packages in fedoraruby whereas pkgdb says there are 570...
