Update systemd-generator policy #2165

Set the default file context for the "/run/systemd/generator" pattern, not "/run/systemd/generator/". Update the selinux-autorelabel generator. Update the systemd-fstab generator. Update content related to the systemd_manage_unit_symlinks() interface.
