With the 6.2 kernel, old installation with old bootloaders won't be able to boot.
This is linked to https://github.com/fedora-silverblue/issue-tracker/issues/120 which unfortunately we haven't been able to complete for F38.

To Reproduce Please describe the steps needed to reproduce the bug:
It's still an issue but the fix will be the inclusion of bootupd so let's close this one as duplicate.
