Use autofirstboot in F39 #442

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Adapting autofirstboot to use rpm-ostree update install x would be really great when F39 comes out.

Describe the solution you'd like Modifying the used commands to work on Fedora OSTree, including reboot and overlay.

Describe alternatives you've considered Doing it myself.

Additional context Override-removing Anaconda may not be a good solution as it slows down updates.

If there will be options to include 3rd party repos, this would be great too, but require 2 reboots to my knowledge.

We're working on closing the gap to use Firefox as a Flatpak by default instead.
