Change description to use 'anti-hysteresis' instead of 'immutable' #104

Initiated by Colin Walter's article, I think it is time to change the description in the documentation. This is just my simple proposition of how to do it.

We changed the branding to emphasize Atomic Desktops so we should replace immutable with that instead: https://fedoramagazine.org/introducing-fedora-atomic-desktops/
