Collection of styling and other minor fixes

Align the style for the entire documentation to prefer one sentence per line. This has the following advantages:

• Asciidoc properly combines lines of text into a single paragraph
• This keeps the Git diff readable and minimal while keeping line lengths reasonable
• Some Asciidoc functionnality does not interact well with hard wrapped lines

Will be easier to review once #129 is in. I'm planning to diff two builds, one with and one without this one to make sure I've not changed something else than whitespace.

I've confirmed that this is 99% whitespace changes and a couple of minor nits.
