Create entities.adoc to hold variables' values #125

Not setting these variables somewhere result in the variables names being shown up in the built documentation as of 9b1eb7a9.

Thanks for the report and PR! Weirdly, this does not fix things for me either. Apparently the previous change works locally but not for the Fedora hosted builds.

Potential fix in https://github.com/fedora-silverblue/silverblue-docs/pull/126. We'll have to wait for the rebuild in the infra to see if this works.
