Generator - Generate correct species for family by level #51

BLOCKER: Evolution Data story

Add "Filter By Evolution Level" checkbox to UI to toggle this feature. If checked, filter out any whose Evolution Level is less than the level generated, as well as any that evolve by means other than level.

Noticed a possible issue with those that evolve via things other than levels (namely items) that may need to be addressed later?
