where is the makefile.unix ? or how make it?

I just made a pull request to update the build info on unix: Make sure you install the dependancies listed on the unix doc page. Compiling fedoracoind for server use on Ubuntu 16: ./autogen.sh ./configure --without-gui --without-miniupnpc --disable-tests make
